I usually just play video games or listen to music that makes me feel worse, then better. try to find things that always leave you feeling great on a good day, and it helps on the bad days!

I usually read, workout, play video games, or on rare ocassions draw then get frustrated because I can’t art

maybe i should just try to do the calming down without talking about it to people altogether, since i know it doesn’t help. it doesn’t help...
